Definite photoshop YO-XX. The background is far to blurry for the speed. Where did you find that pic?

Re: STOP THAT BIRD!!!

I can't even get mine to start one. Even when I had the M-1(the stickist rubber I have had on it) it just locks up. I figured you could do one. Has anyone esle been able to do one with stock wheel base?

Found on a forum..

Photoshop? I think not... you can see the previous skidmarks of his efforts and from the pic the bike is almost stationary and the angle of the front wheel suggests it is on the way down...

Re: STOP THAT BIRD!!!

Not Photoshop +1. The background is blurry because of the shallow depth of field. That front tire looks deformed to me from the weight, not just cut off like it would be in a photoshop session.

Re: STOP THAT BIRD!!!

I'm not sure about the picture itself, but if it is real, it's pretty close to disaster.

Re: STOP THAT BIRD!!!

The top of his helmet looks weird. Other then that I've done some, not like THAT but I've lifted the rear. I'm not delinked. You need a hot front tire and newer tacky asphalt.

Re: STOP THAT BIRD!!!

My thoughts exactly. I NEVER get on mine without jacket, gloves, helmet, long pants and boots. Stuff like that, IMHO gives all riders a bad name.

How exactly does it gives you a bad name? When you make comments like this it gives all of us a bad name.....

You obviously didn't know the guy or you wouldn't have mad that comment.

I posted the pic to prove that an XX could do a stoppie thats all, not to get into gear/crash pissing contest.

Re: STOP THAT BIRD!!!

Touchy this morning Will ?

Anyone who needs Proof that a BlackBird can do a Stoppie doesn't know much about the Bird or at least has very little to no experience with one.

To decide to ride any motorcycle at speeds fast enough to do a Stoppie (at least 30 mph) in a Residencial area, would not be considered the smartest decission made even if they were wearing proper gear.

Not touchy but everyone makes their own choices when it comes to gear, I don't have a problem with anyone who wants to ride with full gear or with none. It's a choice they make.
I could go off on how people shouldn't smoke, drink , do drugs, gamble....., if you know what I mean but whats the point? As long as that person isn't infringing upon me I have no issue.
