| *** SOLD *** For Sale: 2002 Honda CBR XX 1100 B'Bird - Price Reduction! 2002 Honda CBR 1100 XX Blackbird This bike is very clean. Looks damn good and runs excellent. I've owned it for the last couple of years (and tricked it out). Before that, it belonged to a family member who is currently showing the bike for me.

Farkles include: .Zero gravity smoked wind screen; .Clear solutions smoked turn signal lenses (front); .Power commander V. 2.5; .Yoshimura slip-on pipes w/ removable baffles; .Throttle Meister cruise control and bar end weights; .BMW Sport Touring hand grips; .RAM mount for camera/radar detector, etc.; .12 vlt accessory adapter; .Tank bra; .Coretech Soft luggage -tail and saddle bags (with rain covers); .Pazzor adjustable clutch & brake levers; ... I知 sure I知 forgetting a few others. There are about $1,800.00 worth of farkles here ... !!! There are some minor scratches on both sides of the main faring resulting from two minor garage tip-overs (the scratches are not noticeable unless one looks up close and have been covered with a Honda touch-up paint stick). Thanks! The levers and Power Commander I got from Warchild before he defected  - both great additions to the bike, BTW. Yes, prior to CBRXX, I had a '05 BMW K12S for 1 1/2 years. The Blackbird and K12S are very similar creatures. For the money thou, I'd have to call that horse race a draw. The Beemer has some great refinements including execellent brakes (far superior to the XX, imho); however, the smooth engine and shifting of the transmission on the XX makes up for a lot of what it lacks in other areas. My most recent Beemer was the '07 G650XC. I had just finished upgrading the bike (if THAT;s ever possible) with bags, electonics, dirt tires, seat, aux fuel tank, etc., when she met her demise with all of 500 miles on the clock. While heading home from the store two months ago, a SUV turned left in front of me. I came away lucky with broken hip and some "undefined" nerve damage to my hands. The Doc say's I have about 5 more weeks of healing before returning to work. Hence the reluctant need to sell the Bird. The good news is I now have this really cool cane I get to use everywhere I go ...  | |

Sorry to hear about your off. That sucks. Had a car turn left in front of me last summer. My injuries and my wifes were minor. Lucky more then anything. Wiped out my pristine 88 CBR1000F Hurricane.
