I just bought a brand new one for my 99 from the stealership for $117 and the gasket was $12, I think. I haven't put the new one on yet but I may have my old one for sale soon. It doesn't have any cracks or breaks on it but it is scratched up a little bit from the previous owner dropping it.I only got a new one because I just got a trick paint job on it and I want it to look good all the way around.

I have a used stator cover in "good" condition. No cracks but got scratched on the lower corner. I will try and get a picture of it posted up. It's off a 2002.

I believe you can get on jaws' website and they have a deal where you can send in your old one as a core and they will send you a re-furbished one for a reasonable price. Try Jaws.com and see.

I found some place that can repair as long as the cover is not cracked.

Attached is a pic of mine... it got scratched up pretty good though. Let me know if you are interested in buying it though.

I have one P/N 11321-MAT-E00 (without gasket). It got scuffed when the previous owner ran off in a turn and dropped it in the grass. Mostly just the paint, no deep gouges in the metal.

Make me an offer if you're interested.

I have a scuffed one as well. Where I executed a Springer Spaniel 3 years ago. I would part with it, but that is the center piece of the wall of shame.
