How easy is it to make these forks / trees fit onto a Blackbird?
Thanks

You will have to make new stops on the lower triple tree to match up with the blackbird. I have performed the swap using the RC51 front fork on my blackbird. I used an SP1 lower triple with the 954 upper triple and 954 helibars mounted above the top triple on the fork tubes. I don't know how the length of the kawi forks are in comparison to the RC51's but I would check that out before trying the swap.

The axle of the triple tree is identical in many models of Honda...
And the forks of Kawa is the same diameter thar triple tree of Honda.

| Thanks guys
Would make an interesting front end, especially with the newer brakes on the Kawasaki.
Cheers
