Brand new in the package transparent/clear tank protection pad - in the photo it appears to be white since it is on white background. It has a glossy surface and a super-sticky adhesive for easy application. And the 6 ovals are great for the side of the tank or fairing edge where you rest your knees. I installed one on my Blackbird and it fits/looks great. I bought a few to cut up and use on other places but did not use them all - two left for sale - $16 each including shipping (Paypal is fine) in the US (send me a PM).

If someone wants both, to cut up and add pieces elsewhere, $30 shipped in the US for the two of them.

PM received and replied to.

Here are some pics of them on the Bird (universal for any bike) - I used 2 sets but 1 is sufficient.

You are welcome.

And I still have one left - $16 shipped in the US or a bit more to ship elsewhere I assume.

I thought that the attached photos might be of interest. The rear of my tank and knee cutouts all have clear 3M film applied to stop scratching. It's so inconspicuous that you can only just see the edges. The Acerbis brand carbon look pad was applied over the 3M film simply to break up the large expanse of blue.

The photo of the front of the bike shows the same film applied to stop stone chips. you can see the edge of the film which is a couple of mm away from the edge of the headlight but the rest is practically invisible.

There's also another 3M product in the photo which I'm really pleased with. I have a Ventura brand headlight protector and it originally came with white velcro adhesive tags. They always looked a bit unsightly and gradually lost their grip every time I removed the protector. I replaced the velcro a year ago with 3M clear low profile Dual Lock which I cut from a roll. Dual Lock differs from velcro in that it uses minute interlocking balls on stalks rather than hooks, so it doesn't go "fluffy". The backing adhesive has remained fine too.

Cheers,

Geoff

Geoff,

What's the bar you have there at the tie-down hooks?

It's the support for my Ventura pack rack. Additional photo attached. It has a high rear loop for attaching 2 zip-together soft bags giving about 80 litres of capacity; or you can substitute the high loop for a short one and use it as a passenger grab rail.
