I am selling this pair of chrome Heli bars in excellent condition. I just bought these off this forum, but they do not accommodate my cruise control. I'm pretty sure they are chrome. The person I bought them from said they were chrome. How do I tell the difference?

...picture is deceiving. They are shiny all the way down. The pic makes them look almost like they are corroded, but the are not at all.
