I found out after breakfest with the wife and inlaws. That I was going to have the rest of the day free to do what I wanted to. So what else was there to do. Go ride. Not really sure where I wanted to go. So my ride turned into a freestyle ride. Hit a lot of good curves in the course of the afternoon. It was very hot out also. All in all 180 miles for me. Ran into a guy who liked the shotgun exhaust on the bird. I would have posted something, but it was mothers day and very last minute.

Damn Tom, I was out in Lake Co. yesterday morning on the wife's new Gixxer, covered 180mi myself

I saw that you were going to be out and about. I couldn't make it out for the morning. Besides you were in north lake co. I was in south and part of sumpter and west orange counties. The forest is nice. But the corners tend to be sweepers. Not that there is anything wrong with that. But the southside has a better mix of tight corners and sweepers.

Yea, I actually head North outta Deland, then come back down thru Alexander Springs into Eustis. My route has a good mix of both

We'll have to hook up soon for a ride. I don't get to the north side of lake co very much. But it is exciting when I do.
