| A little MO ride to report
Last weekend I put together a little ride, we got some decent pics so I thought I'd share. My group of 4 bikes left the St. Louis area and another group of good friends left the Springfield area and we met in the middle at Salem, MO for a nice long lunch before heading back again. We decided to make this one a couples ride, it was fun to have to ladies along. We kept the miles reasonable at about 260 for the day, to keep the wives happier. Plus, we had a babysitter to rescue. We had two '97 XX's in my group (I'm in the red/white cortech jacket). We were stopped at a gas stop near Potosi when a guy on an old Honda enduro stopped in to tell us he had a '98 XX... I pointed him at this site so maybe we'll hear from him. | |
