Well my fellow riders once a gain I had a great two day trip. There where so many backroads I don't even know where I was or going I just listen to the chippy on the GPS keep saying turn right, turn left recalculating, etc. PA never stops to amazy me with great roads, mountains, lushes green landscape and great people. It is always nice to go somewhere and how can I describe it best?? Well just alittle more turned down then here in N.J.
The bike held up great the only problem I have now when I jump on the highway with the raised bars my head it right in the buffer zone and seat might need some attending to. Other than those two minor complaints the XX performed great with an average 47 miles per gallon to me that is not bad at all. Just a note of a personal observation is that I was very suprise to see so many motorcyclist rider without helmets. may you guys in PA see it alot but I was just suprised.
I did not take so many interesting phots since I was at the Park with the family and riding most of hte time. I usally like to stop more often but just could bring myself to get off the bike since I was having so much fun. Oh I did not pass a speed trap the whole time.

Sweet! My first run was about 4 miles w/no plates.Just a wee-bit timid stepping up from the 6. Next time on it was a wrap! Looks like it was a beautiful ride w/ the scenery and all. Once I get my gps I guess I'll be more prone to get out of the city and get lost! (Just an excuse, I can read a map)! Gotta find the time to get away for a few hours.

Look like a good ride you had there. I echo your sentiments about PA riding. It's awesome!

1st ride lead me to to the conclusion that it needed better suspension but what a sweet motor! 3 months later - Ohlins front and rear, lowered footpegs and VFR bars, am I getting old?
Rode the 50th anniversary edition (1200cc V&M motor, better cam, Penske shock, Akrapovic cans) on the Isle of Man, seriously damn fast!!! But this is now more comfortable.
Touring Europe for bout a year, 'chillin out' as my son says = spending his inheritance
