If anyone's interested I've started scoping a complete route around lake travis near Austin, TX. Here's what I got...

Assuming that link works, I started at 620 and US-183 and went West to RR 2769 and went West (right) on what RR 2769 (Anderson Mill/Volente Rd).

Stay on RR 2769 until it turns into Lime Creek Rd and continue North. Shortly after it turns into Lime Creek there's a marina on the left that has a nice little restaurant called Cafe Bleu that's real nice and the food's great (little pricey thought). Waitresses are cute and everyone was nice...the manager came over to feel us out, but we kept our helmets on the floor and behaved (it was my 11 year old son and I). I tipped well, and had a great meal, it's worth a stop.

Lime Creek Road ends at what's marked as Anderson Mill Rd (not what the map shows), which turns into FM 1431 which is pretty fun too. Lots of sweeping 2 lane turns. It leads into Jonestown, (didn't have time to explore Trails End Rd) which probably has potential for cheaper places to eat. Careful for cops though.

Cruised through Jonestown and caught Reeds Park road on the right. Very fun loop, no stripes on the road though so it takes a little extra concentration. Turned back east once it looped around the FM 1431 and headed back to where I started.
I'm headed further south down the west side of Travis, if anyones interested in working the south, we can get the whole lake done sooner. Any takers?
Also, BMW K-1200 stopped to give the bird props. See different thread.
