Nothing wrong with that. Do your thang. If someone don't like it, tell em to suck a pinky toe. Oh by the way, I am Army as well. I am in the Army National Guard now, but Pro Black and Gold to the Bone. Down here in VaBeach, I am around a lot of Navy and Marine.

USAF, 17 years. The Air Force sent me to this place called Vandenberg AFB, CA on the central coast. I ride 340+ days a year and there's some of the best canyon riding in the country within 10 minutes, it's alright. Seriously, there will be claw marks on the pavement if they drag me out of here.

Out on the west coast in the San Francisco Bay Area. Great place to ride year round. I hope your enjoying your time with the Navy and Marines. I've just visited VaBeach a number of times but spent most of my time around Norfolk. I did time with the Army in Iraq, hence the name. Nothing but sand up there. Worked directly for Army and they treated us great. Great group of guys. A bit more uptight than the Navy, us west coast sailors are on the relaxed side....

Retired Navy - Living near the shore. Spent time in submarines and as a diver - thus mostly under water.

Well, I am active duty Air Force...if that counts as the military...lol. Nah, I am proud to be an airman! Nobody would have GPS without the Air Force! I am stationed at Luke AFB, AZ.

You Airforce guys are just spoiled. I do my weekend drills at Travis AFB and everything there is brand new. Luke is a nice base too, my son was born out there. My brother lives just down the street in Surprise and the rest of the family is in Glendale and Gilbert, I'm the only dumbass that lives out it in Cal. But let me tell ya the riding is nice up here in the bay area and the cool mountains are only a few hours away.
