Home to Albany, Ga to watch kids compete on horses, then every road I could find through the sticks. Only 238 miles today. But being a dad is priceless.

Absolutely. No better time spent than with your kids. Getting there on a Blackbird - frosting.

To work. But for the next three days, I'll see your Zion Canyon, and raise you a 400 mile Hill Country day. Pics later.
Mick- are there ANY advantages to living in Britian?
Oh yeah, you can still get a new 'bird. NBL, bro.

Great rides you have there, guys. We just had a nor'easter come through here on Friday/Saturday so it looks like it'll be another week or so before my riding season kicks off. But in the meantime I can look at all your pics.

No ride today, but the last trip was a very fun 835Km through Southern Queensland and Northern NSW. Some of the best riding roads anywhere. No snow here either!

Went on the first overnight with the bird this past weekend. a couple of us decided last minute to take off... left early sat and got home around 5pm Sunday.. not too far from home (appx 600 miles round trip) up the Pacific Coast Hwy from San Diego to Castaic lake area..and then inland on the 138 to the 15 South twoards home ..sorry no pictures guys, ( I know, ) but I was too busy driving .. pretty slow going on the coast but the views and the beach communities made up for it. looks like we found some more great places to ride in the Angels Hwy area..have any of you guys ever riden in that area?? live around there?

Wish I had the time to get away, it's been over a year since I have been on a ride that long.
Maybe this year........

The reall highway 1 doen't start until San Luis Obispo. From there north is a place that one good get lost for some time. If you get more than a couple days it is shit. Just don't plan on make that many miles in a day (northern miles that is) becuse there are so many good roods that zig zag though there.

Saturday was a great ride day. We had about 10 bikes and a sports car (complete with an excellent driver) We covered about 320Kms or so on some of Queenslands best bike roads. The ride went over Mt Glorious which is a beautiful ride for those who are into scenery, or challenging for those who like scratching. From there to Somerset village, the road has some very fast straights and sweepers 200Kph or so in the sweepers. From there we went through the nice twisty bits around Somerset Dam to Kilcoy, a nice rural town with a good bakery! From there we went for another 200Kms or so through some more fun stuff. The occasion? Some sucker is getting married
How do I insert pictures?

I finally got a day off so I rode NM 4 through Jemez Springs then on to Madrid, good for 250 miles. I really needed the ride, work has been a bear.
