Beautiful time of year but man - the leaves in that last picture look nasty. Throw on a quick rain shower and you clould be slidin all over.

| Re: Deals Gap (N.Carolina) (PICS) Although it must be absolutely beautiful now with all the fall colors. Just watched that very squidly show on Speed called Superbikes - they had a pretty good section on the Gap. Since I live in the NW, that was the first time I'd seen that much of the run on video. Seen pics of the place, but it looks like it would be a blast in real person. 318 curves in 11 miles - unbelievable.
