Did a quick blast last wednesday with best mate (the predator rider from my videos, if you recall?), about 380km-ish. XX was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! Acceleration was way better than the CB1000R...just the handling was off course not so easy and fast as the naked bike. Here are some shots in the near area of the "Teichalm", enjoy: ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

    Re: A. A. A.

I love Austria but I prefer the Dolomites (sorry guys).
The reason is less Police, less traffic, and more mountainroads. In Austria (or I should say Tirol) you are forced to ride the same valley-raods over and over again, you have less options for an alternative ride....

However, it looks like that end of August or early September we will be in the region again. Anybody wants to meet? You can show us the roads we missed........

Wow. These bloody Austrians... They are going crazy attaching all these pics of their fantastic countryside.. Makes me want to don my *lederhosen* and start slapping myself silly.
I have actually called the Prime Minister asking that Australia declare WAR on Austria... She asked a pretty pertinent question... "do they have nukes ?".
You wouldn't mind finding out for us before we attack would you. Good on ya...

I guess you haven't been there in a while - the Dolomites have more Police, way more traffic and get this - less mountainroads than Austria (you are comparing a region to a whole country...).
Besides, I don't consider Tirol as good (don't really ride up there that much).... my preferred regions are Kärtnen and Steiermark, lots of mountains and green forests!!

PS: Let us know exactly when you are going, we might be able to organize a short meetup or something, would be great!!

You would think with such similiar country names (and the fact that most Austrian post arrives Australia instead) we would be up for a PEACE pact and not a war one ;-) After all, it's here they sell these T-Shirts...

This man needs to get out in his own country more,

On the other side of the City he lives in, Starts the greatest bike roads in Australia, going on for 2500 miles, I know this, because its on my front door,

We do have roads comparable with Austria and the Tyrol, Etc, But they are covered in trees, and you cant see them, Some of the drops on the sides go down hundreds of feet,
If ya not boppin, Ya in ya coffin. Rock and roll will soothe your soul.
Mods, 6mm Shim, 12 inch risers, Double bubble Windsceen, Homemade Ventura type packrack, Expandable to 82 litre, Rjays rack bag, Lowered rear end frame by 3 inches. Suspension is still stock, home made Cans, awesome.
