No such thing as far as I know. A VFR Honda sprocket is 16T but haven't found any 18T's from honda.

The standard front sprocket is 17 t you can get from 14-18 on the front or 28 tooth-71 tooth for the rear , normally 45tooth
at this site.. Hope this helps

what others have said is correct... Honda does not make a rubber-damped 18t, but honestly, I've been running an 18 for ~17,000 miles, and could not be happier with it, and despite not being rubber damped, chain wear seems fine, and there is almost no more vibration than the stocker...

Only thing I noticed was the sprocket is noisier without the rubber dampening.

I found that when I have my ear plugs in, I don't notice

Honda says the standard sprockets are 17T in front and 45T in rear. I can order a 18T sprocket from Parts Unlimited PN K22-2581 with a retail price of $19.95 plus shipping. As an employee, I can cut the price to $12.76 plus shipping for a fellow Bird owner.
