Hi everybody,
I just want to ask for help with a pair of yoshi carbon fibre slip ons.
I did ask this question in another thread but no response so I thought I would start a new one to spark more interest.
I have a 2005 Blackbird, and want a pair of carbon fibre slip on's and have decided to go with the yoshi's, but in my reserch and being in contact via email with someone at yoshi they told me that these slip on's are only listed for upto the 2004 model.
So I need your help and expertease to figure this out, will the c.f. slip on's fit straight onto my 2005 model and for the help of anyone else reading this for their own research will it fit later models, without modification. I want a straight foward bolt off bolt on job.
I thought about the 4 into 1 system but for that they tell me that you need to remove the center stand, anyone know about this.
Thanks for your help

They should slip straight on. I cant tell you exactly, because I haven't yet put a set on my 07. There hasn't really been any exhaust mods since 2004.

There should be no problem. They only have it listed as up to '04 as Honda stopped selling the bike in the US in '03...

The only changes I am aware of, is that in '99 when they went from carbs to injection, they also changed from 12-34 to 14-23 joining. This adjusted the power from more top end to more low/mid. They also went from twin wall mild steel to single walled stainless steel at the same time.

I put some '99 headers on my '98 along with some Yoshi alloy slip ons, many years ago. No fitting problems then.
