Yoshi rs3 extra bracket?

Hey guys, I got a used yoshi rs3 full system, but it has two brackets on the mid pipe. one i know mounts to the foot peg assembly, but the other one i have no clue....It is very weird, it just sticks straight up. Nothing to bolt it too. Any help would be great! Thanks Mike- | ||

That would be the centerstand stop, I think. Stops the centerstand rubbing on the chain as the normal stop is on the left mid pipe.
