My very first thought when I read your post is; why is it that every time my wife cons me into putting money into one of those little games that has the mechanical grappling hook that you try to grab a toy etc. with and drop in the hopper....any ways, why do I always end up with a blue teddy bear and not the Hot Wheels car?
But my very second thought is, I wonder if your front sprocket is the culprit?
Could it be coming loose, or perhaps the center hub is defective ?
just a thought...well, a couple actualy.

Hows your front tyre ? Wipe your hand gently around the edge and feel for any scalloping.

Yes there is scalloping just off the center section of the tire. and the front sprocket is after market. well I do need a front tire so I will start there, thanks I have a feeling that might be the problem scince I had replaced chain sprockets and tires all at the same time last summer, and I didnt have this vibration then.

OEM sprockets have a rubber dampener to reduce noise and some vibration, aftermarkets generally dont have this. Although it has been replaced have you checked the condition of your chain - any tight spots, correct freeplay, etc.

The chain is in good condition no tight spots and has propper slack of 1-1/4 in. but the sporcket is new news to me no one ever made me aware that the sprocket is dampener, everybody in this area ride gsxr's, cbr 1000 so really I am alone when it comes to workin on my xx. thanks again I will get a tire then if that dont work I will get a honda front sprocket.

just my 2 cents
