Yeah. First figure out what you did to get them out of balance. Never had a problem with any of mine.

Hey Glenn, I can give you a less smart-ass answer than the last guy.
My mechanic always sets up my carbs with a mercury tube carb synch instrument. Any good shop should have one, they're not a real expensive item.
You've probably got this sorted already, judging by the date.
My carbs were pretty out of whack for some reason, and the previous owner had not touched them, so I had my moto-mech buddy put in a new K&N filter, new plugs, plug wires and synch the carbs before a 6 day trip.
The difference was quite noticeable. Better throttle response-better idle-ran cooler-sounded better(now I can hear the carbs/airbox working) better mileage.
I also put new sprockets and chain on the day before the trip, which makes a big difference.
Hope this helps.

Sincerely,
your faithful XX brother across the pond.
Glen.

A quick word about carb/throttle body balance.
Before attempting same, make sure your valve clearances are correct, your spark plugs are new or in good shape, the iginition system is functioning correctly and your iginition timing is where it should be, and you have no vacuum leaks. All of those factors will influence the vacuum signal produced at the intake ports. Useless to try to balance carbs with a bad or fouled spark plug.
