Hi folks, can anyone help me out and tell me the maximum flow rate for the Blackbird oil pump? Google can't help me! Many thanks  | ||

The shop manual doesn't express a flow rate... rather an acceptable pressure. The pump is described as a Trochoid/double rotor assembly. Proper pressure is expressed as 490 kPa (5.0 kgf/cm2 or 71 psi @ 5400 rpm) (BTW... that's ../cm squared...) So, if you're reading 71psi @ 5400+... you're good. |
