You would have a shit of a time tuning the thing. They are designed to run 4 in 2. Spend a little extra for the 4 in 1 extractors and a nice yoshi

Several companies used to make a single sided slipon that was a right side slipon and a blanking plate for the left outlet. Might cause some unwanted pulse reflections though.

Technically, yes, you could just cut of the left side outlet and weld a plate over the hole, since the pipes are 4 - 2 - 1 - 2, but again, I have no idea how it would affect tuning. A full system would probably be cheaper than the costs of doing it & trying to get it properly tuned.

Actually, to answer your question, you could do it......would you want to....not if you want the bike to keep in decent condition.
