By the way....only 35 days until I'm gonna be ridin in the AZ desert.....ha ha ha my poor snow covered Canadian commrads....

I'd feel bad if I didn't get 4 straight days of riding in late january.

Planning my spring trip as we speak, BC, WA, OR, NV, and CA.

How goes the weight loss? I'm still working on my first HP.

30 days and counting till AZ ...I feel like a kid before xmas.

I'v been going to the gym about 5-8 time a week. Still haven't weighted myself...haven't worked up the courage. But I will say however that I am starting to feel a little better. More energy, etc. But hey, I'v only been at this a short while. I'll throw some numbers around in another month or so.

I hear ya mate, thats how I got in the position that I'm in now. I quit smoking for 4 years....couldn't stand it any more, started up again. The way I got it figured is,

As for the smoking thing.....I smoked for about 18 years quit for 4r, then sort of started again for a couple of years and then quit about a year ago....

Speaking of which.....man could I use one right now.......and maybe a Jack D to go with it...
