Maybe DIY with some of those sequential LED strip lights if price is a factor?

I'm with WW on that one though!

ahhh the 'good old days', ......traficators.

I doubt if I am alone in remembering having to use arm signals when taking my bike test ..... turning right, turning left, slowing down.
Now if you incorporated a strip of LEDs down the arms of your jacket and did arm signals that could be as 'animated' as the mood took you.

Trouble is with my 'cunning plan' that 99% of car drivers wouldn't know what was going on ......

Strips with individually-addressable leds are rare, expensive or just too long. Normal individual leds would be cheap, but then I'd have to wire them into something like an Arduino and give it a 5 volt supply. Too much faff that would probably shake apart. At £60 I reckon I'll go for the one's in the video, as soon as I talk myself into it or drink enough JD!

Got a set of trafficators on the Bentley and an extra set still in the packaging. The grandkids get a kick out of them and the wing window on all four doors.

I went with the digital ones in the end. I don't think the flappy ones would work so well

Here's a quick video of them fitted when I was testing them:

Delivery from Germany took a week, but it was ordered on the bank holiday weekend.
