Hello there I have a Problem, I have a uk bird and when I turn on the dipped headlight the parking light goes out and the dipped headlight bulb only lights a little, sometimes when I flick on the full beam everything works again, or it all goes off with the indicators coming on constantly.

Its not the bulbs and the fuses look ok, I have had a look at the switches on both sides and they look ok, all other electrics work fine, she is going into the garage soon but if you guys have any ideas I would be glad to hear them. Thanks mark

Look very closely at the start button. There are two sets of contacts there, one normally open and one normally closed. The normally closed contacts are for the headlamp. They are probably carboned or arc damaged, or you have a loose/broken solder connection at on of the terminals there.

bad mass connection somewhere? wet inside?

pull all connectors,
check them for corrosion,
spray some wd40 on it reconnect it and try it again.

oh, and
