i,ve been here awhile & payup is a long lost friend of ours,your typical know it all smart arse,gone now,don't end up like payup

Unfortunately for you, Ive just finished all the odd jobs that needed doing to my bike. Fork re-oil, front and rear bearings, brake pads and front discs, headset bearings and mounted the centre stand. not bad for a days work considering I had no idea what I was doing with the forks. Oh and thanks to Johno (I think) for his write up on how to do it and the option for the lighter fork oil
