    One bloke saved a couple of people in the water and then watched as his wife and child dissapeared down the river,
    They found one body, 80 Klms down river from where he was reported missing from.

    Its very bad, They are still looking for people that are missing,

    yeah, was reading about a story last night too.. Older brother insisted on his younger one being carried to safety first (eventhough help got to him first) which they did (take the younger one away first), only for the older bro and their mother to be lost moments latter in the water...
    Made my heart break in too..

    old mother natures been a right bitch these last 12 months with earthquakes, fires all over the place and now floods whens it going to end, guess we were lucky just a bit of snow

    Those mud slides in Rio De Janiero are some thing shocking, Swept away by the mud,
    Thats worse than water,
    With water you have a chance, mud your gone, Horrendous,
    If ya not boppin, Ya in ya coffin. Rock and roll will soothe your soul.

    I used to live in one of the areas affected, good news is, I moved out of there 2 weeks ago and now live in the nations capital! Canberra. Im safe, dont worry about me!
